I cringed on the thought of having to deal with roof replacement for quite a few years mainly because I worried about the process of finding the right person to do it. Finding PKM General Contracting was a God send. Throughout the bidding process I was impressed by the professionalism Patrick displayed. He answered all questions. Educated me on roofing specifics. Patrick never pressured me into signing a contract with him or giving him the job. PKM team was polite and professional. Completed the job in a timely manner. Our small house was in dire need of a new roof. I got three quotes and while Patrick’s wasn’t the lowest, his was the most comprehensive, thorough and included details others missed. He was responsive and very easy to communicate with. He is probably the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The roof came out great and Patrick was even willing to accommodate us by changing the rubber roof on the bulkhead, which we we didn’t like at first. We later admitted that he was right. 🙂
