R.C. Griffin was established in 1976 as a subsidiary of Conti & Donahue, Inc., a company with a legacy of service in the construction trades dating back to 1933. We are proud to continue this tradition of quality construction engineering and general contracting services. Our assignments are diverse.
R.C. Griffin pre-qualifies all of their subcontractors. Subcontractors are also reminded that all of their employees must meet state and federal guidelines for Employment and an Employment Eligibility Verification form (Form I-9) must be on file. This should apply to every member of the Subcontractor's field personnel including any sub-contractors.
R.C. Griffin, Inc. was the construction manager for this detail orientated project. The project included the demolition of an existing Knights of Columbus building, and the construction of a new 6,000 sf. This project transformed a section of an existing warehouse to an elaborate 2 story Marvin Door and Window Showroom.
