I live in heavily treed area and have a plan with Ned Stevens to clean my gutters 4 + times every year.
They do an efficient and complete job each time. Workers are very polite and knowledgeable about their job and succeed my expectations. Not only do they clean gutters, but they are inspecting each gutter to insure they are working properly. Once they found an issue with a gutter and showed me the problem.
I was sent a very reasonable estimate to repair and that was done within a week.
Excellent all around company.

Terrible experience, and arrogant staff, I gave the sales person and accurate description Of the house and square footage like they asked for. Try to make an appointment, was told it would be within the next 2 weeks unless I want to pay $75 extra for emergency service, Or $50 extra for an appointment service. Already trying to "upsell". I paid the $50 plus tax for the appointment, few days later they show up and wanted to increase the price another $60 more for the service. My family had used Ned Stevens's for years and they've REALLY gone down hill in terms of getting the requested device right and almost went to the wrong house before we flagged the workers down. They did the work and left a major mess which should have been cleaned! Garbage company and they were rude on the phone and barely gave a discount for the crap they've done should have been FREE!

Awful company & customer service. They were working on my neighbors house, I walked out of my house & the chemical smell was awful! I asked the worker what they were spraying & why did you get it on my property? He said it's just bleach, & that it won't hurt anything. Really! I told him I have a very valuable koi pond & it will kill them! Also he had no right getting toxic chemicals on my property. He told me I was being rude & walked away. I called the company & complained about what their employees did & how they treated me. They had no right to get on my property, I have valuable koi pond, pets

Wish I could give zero stars. Do not trust them with any service. They quoted for one service and did something different and blamed us for not knowing the difference. When we tried to dispute this with them, Justin literally laughed at us before putting us on hold. I have no idea who runs this business (as Justin refused to let us speak with anyone above him) but I would never treat any unsatisfied customer the way he treated us. Beyond unprofessional and extremely disappointed. Never again.

I've been using them for years on both of my properties. Since I'm reluctant to climb ladders anymore, you kind of have to trust that they do a good job. I happened to be home today and they showed up as scheduled. They were her about 15 minutes total. I thought how could they do everything in such a short time? I decided to put my phone on a selfie stick and look at the upper story gutters. I was surprised to see that the gutter guard was pushed back in one area, which will allow debris to enter. And I had to pay extra for gutter guard removal for access. They will be back to fix it

Ned Stevens is a very professional company. They have excellent Customer Service. I dealt with Justin Prairie who was very knowledgeable about the business and our account & house. He was a pleasure to deal with. (I hope that Ned Stevens management sees this.)
The Gutter Cleaners are very proficient at their job. They show up and quietly & quickly get the gutters cleaned. They also make sure that they do not leave a mess, unlike other gutter cleaning services.

Terrible customer service. I gave them the opportunity to make good on their negligence and they refused. They failed to properly clean the downspouts which caused them to clog and freeze solid. The weight of the ice caused the gutters to detach from my home. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.

I was so impressed. I called and they were able to come out the next day. They do charge an emergency service fee , it was worth the price. The men were thorough , polite, and extremely efficient. They took out every leaf and clog and ran the water through finding the source of my interior water damage. I was able to find out the source was not the gutters but the roof. They recommended us a company. Since then I have used them for repairs, power washing, & window cleaning. So glad I found this company, they certainly have become my go to.

Not only did they get me after a Tropical storm hit and ruined my gutters and siding, but they were prompt and diligent and went that extra step in making sure all my gutters were thoroughly cleaned out and that everything was back to working properly. 06/2020 -- Standard gutter cleaning. Excellent service on phone and on site. The workers were respectful of our property and adhered to social distancing protocols. This was extremely appreciated as one member in our household is immunocompromised. Our rates were very reasonable. So much so, that we agreed to an estimate for replacement gutters. I spoke with Henry on the phone and he was very helpful and professional. We were able to negotiate pricing with no headaches. Highly recommend.

What a joke. After filling out their online request form, I heard nothing back for a week and finally had to call. Guy tells me that the crew will be out "between ASAP and two weeks from now" and that they won't call ahead of time or let you know when they are coming. Crew just showed up (about a week later) and were here for all of 10 minutes. They didn't bag any of the garbage, they just used a blower to hide it under some bushes in our yard. They also charged me an extra $55 for a detached garage, which was literally one extra lead of maybe 10 feet. Never again.

They have become ridiculously overpriced. In November they came to clean my gutters and they did not close the gate and my dog went missing for several hours. I call to complain and in a months time a manager has still not called me. They just called again for payment and I asked why hasn't someone called to address my concerns. I will wait again for the call. I would not use this company ever again. The worst customer service and a rip off in cost.

They came out to clean my gutters early in September, in the end of October I noticed during one of the rainstorms that I had water overflowing my gutters I totally forgot that they had cleaned my gutters in September so I used another company and they charged me $113 to clean the gutters where Ned Stevens charged me 187. They called me two days after the service to tell me that it was going to be $2000 to replace my gutters because they were not angled correctly. We have been using Ned Stevens for years - cleaning our gutters. Always extremely pleased. Usually schedule May or June. We recently signed up for their window cleaning - skylights inside /out and screens, and any other windows that were not easily accessible. Home run!!! The two young men that showed up today were spot on great! In addition we received a confirmation from the office yesterday for our appointment.
Our windows and skylights look amazing and the pollen is gone.

I have used Ned Stevens cut a cleaning this several times before and had good service. This time they left my windows a mess and I have called and complained. And believe me if they don't come back and clean these windows, I will be relentless on giving them bad reviews all over the Internet. Let's hope that they respond in a prompt manner to my complaint.

Called for a gutter cleaning in early February. Was told it would be done in a few days. The gutters that we needed done was a rental so I had my tenants put water on which I was instructed by Ned Stevens. Here we are end of February and still no email no phone call. Nobody ever showed up. When I called today I had her explain to me that they can't clean gutters in cold weather when we actually had quite a few days during the month that were spring like. Terrible customer service, one gutter elbow didn't last one year, but nothing is covered because its out of warranty. After complaining, and getting a month extension in warranty, I was told that this elbow separation is not part of what's covered in warranty and the fee is $85 plus. Then they try to insist that you purchase their gutter cleaning.

When you make an appointment for their service you do not rate a business like response,however you are put on a list of when a truck is in your area and they may do the job. If you want a appointment to really do the work you are charged $49 more on top of the already over priced service.This company makes the customer feel honored to be getting work from them if and when they show up.
