Services
Reliable Construction Services was established in 1990 to complement Reliable Oil Equipment by adding General Contracting and Fuel System Installation to our list of services. In May of 2019 Reliable Construction Services again expanded by acquiring Buckeye Oil Equipment to expand our product line offering.
The planning and approval process for each store is complex and varies from site to site. Zoning and/or planning commission approval requires planning, negotiating, and creativity. Our experience will help you with approvals that allow successful stores. As your construction manager we will help you with a cost effective design and we will show you all of the costs so you can make good decisions.
Our technicians are trained in every aspect of fuel systems installation. Our Certified Installers are knowledgeable about the standards and requirements for both underground and above ground tank systems. Our master electrician and electricians complete our expertise on every aspect of tank installation.
Our compliance testing and fuel services are designed to help you remain EPA certified, which helps you save time, cost, and shutdown time. We offer a variety of compliance services, including: tank gauge functionality; line testing; cathodic protection testing; containment testing; compliance inspections; and overfill protection testing.
For gasoline dispensing facilities our panels include emergency stop controls and isolation relay controls. They can be expanded to include submersible relays, and site lighting controls. For Emergency generators our panels include: pump controls for day tank fill and backup controls for assured fill and shutoff control.
