Cindy, Ken, Rex and several of the other members of the team were wonderful, but that doesn’t make up for the blatant unprofessionalism displayed repeatedly by Jeff and Generations as a builder/company. Towards the end of the building process he would make very personal attacks and comments even though we tried to maintain a sense of professionalism. We went from supposedly being the ideal clients to apparently being terrible people for asking them to stick to the budget and not being willing to pay for things that we did not OK.
We went over everything in the budget very clearly, but virtually

I also looked at their new home being built in Union Village. I too noticed the quality of some of the work and ask the sales agent about getting the work corrected. After 30 days I have received no response to my inquiry. My thoughts are if you do not respond before the sale you will definitely not respond after the sale. So I will move on.

We are house hunting and I viewed their home at Union Village in Lebanon, Ohio. Cute house from the outside and I REALLY wanted to like it. Sorry to say I was really disappointed. My husband pointed out the sloppy carpentry and tile work, especially on the backsplash in the kitchen. Light switches so close to the window trim in the living room that they had to cut the plastic faceplates to install them and it was obvious. They had a landline telephone outlet on the kitchen wall (really) but we didn't even think anyone used landlines any longer. With cable/satellite television on a rapid decline
