Slab Leaks are pressurized plumbing and pipe leaks which can occur beneath the concrete or slab within your house or anything built on slab foundations. These types of leaks can occur with either the hot line or the cold line. Slab leaks most often occur within the houses incoming water line, but sometimes are known to take place within sewer lines.
Many homeowners are surprised to know that sound can be the key factor when trying to find a plumbing leak. When a faucet is turned on it will create a sound as the water travels through a pipe in the plumbing (very obvious sound when a fixture is turned on upstairs). If there is a leak in a pipe, then sound will also be created when the water pours out of the leak, and this can occur even if the leak is only the size of a pinhole.
Hard to believe, but even in California the winter weather can get cold enough to cause your pipes to burst. Of course nobody wants to come home and find their house flooding from some pipe that burst. What a pleasure to have Erick and his team take care of my mains leak problem from the street meter to the house. They installed a brand new 1" PE line about 14 inches deep,( lasts 100 years) going through the lawn and under a walk path 4 feet wide. Everything was done professionally and neatly. They cleaned up the place very thoroughly before they left and I very happy to write this review so others can benefit from his service. When looking for a plumber I was worried about finding someone that would try to rip me off. I was referred to streamline plumbing from a family member. Eric cleaned my drains and installed a clean out at my home. His service was quick and professional. He communicated clearly and was very direct - very appreciated. I feel very fortunate to have found Streamline Plumbing for my 85 year old parents. You deal directly with the owner who is extremely fair and is a true perfectionist when it comes to the service he provides. My parents had a leak coming from the main in their front yard. Eric and his crew did an outstanding job at an extremely fair price! I highly recommend !!!! Other quotes were a few thousand higher and even if they could match the price, I would have still awarded Streamline Plumbing with the job. Great job, thanks Eric!!!

I called Streamline Plumbing after I discovered a leak in my Garage. After getting the most current Water Bill, I knew there was a problem somewhere. The main Water Pipe in the garage was leaking and went unnoticed due to Christmas Boxes that were piled in the corner. When I called Eric I explained what was going on and sent him photos.
