This review also includes an up date. The 1st time we had them come out was do to a broken bathroom pipe. Ralph the owner went above & beyond what was needed. He even brought in a few fan dryers to get the moisture out of the walls & floors (he let us use them until the insurance company brought in theirs).
The 2nd time was a few months later, we where having our kitchen counters replaced. We already had an appointment scheduled for the sink hook up. When the counters were being installed I noticed that things weren't looking right so I called Ralph and asked him about what I thought wasn't correct

I called a number of plumbers today to assist in a plumbing installation. They all were slow to respond, but for INSTANT PLUMBING. They arrived exactly on time and ready to work. It was a father and son team. They were very friendly, very professional and very, very good.

Instant Plumbing is our family plumber. They have never disappointed (as you can tell by my last 2 reviews).
Once again they came through. Today we had a leak in the kitchen sink, called them and they were here almost immediately and got the job done.

I would not recommend this company. Their dispatch team is rude and the tech they sent out didn't fix the issue. I had to have the come 3 different times and the leak still happened. Joesph was our tech and I hate to put someone on blast but I they left me no option. I would recommend going to a plumbing company with good reviews and a staff who cares. I don't see how this company is in business. I never leave bad reviews but my experience was so damn bad I have to. Hire a real company and save yourself the headache and money.

Jason & Adan came out and was able to clear a clogged bathroom drain and also fixed a leaky drain pipe, too and a great rate! We did call some other plumbing companies and Instant Plumbing does a have a very competitive rate compared to others! Jason & Adan did good work, answered all of our questions thoroughly, too. They tested everything after the repair and cleaned up nicely the sink and below the counter area, too. Thank you...highly recommend Instant Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

These guys are amazing! I had a emergency main sewer line repair that had to be done ASAP for my rental property. They brought out 6 guys to knock this crazy job out in a day in half. If anyone owns property made before the 1980's then your main sewer lines that are cast iron most likely has now turned to clay. If you have trees the roots are going to attack the clay pipes & clog the main sewer line. These guys came out like they have done a lot of these before & just got it done. Now we don't have to worry about the main sewer line from tree roots ever. I've hired Instant

Called Instant Plumbing at 9:30AM and they arrived at 10:45, ahead of schedule. They sized up the problem in minutes and went to work. In another 45 minutes they were gone. They were friendly, clean and nice to work with. They had the right tools to do the job. They did more to clear a drain as far as they could reach. They even listened to the water flow when they were done and were not satisfied that it was quite right. They went on and did more work than anyone else would have done. I will call these guys again for all my pluming needs! It was the best pipe cleaning I have ever seen!!!

We had main sewer line problem with lots of roots were growing inside and was clogging up every two to three months so we decided to replace this main sewer line about 30 feet from house to curb. We had three estimations with instant Plumbig's was very close to lowest and we felt very comfortable with Jose's knowledge, attitude and enthusiasm to do this job. They started about 8 am and completed entire job by 2pm. Quality work in timely manner. I strongly recommend instant Plumbig for your project like this. He took advantage of my panic of the leak, charged me $150 to go under the house, then he told me to cap the leaking line, will cost another $500 because of the difficulty. It only took him less than 10 minutes to cap. I was out of $650. Never will use this company, it is not a honest business, people make honest living by doing decent work, and charge reasonable amount but definitely not this company. Beware, beware, avoid bad people. Don't bring them to your home.
