Erik, Suburban Plumbing , quickly responded to our call of loud noises coming from our hot water heater closet. Decision was made to replace both with tankless heaters. Work was completed the very next day. We are very pleased with how professional, courteous and timely Suburban was. We will certainly be calling them again for our plumbing needs.

Would go with 4 stars as "good" if I felt the financial side was fair, but not sure after looking stuff up on line after the fact. Water heater needed replacement, appointment for next day, agreed to price without checking anything or discussion, work was completed in about four hours, one master plumber and a young apprentice, very nice guys. It was definitely aggressive work and it all looks fine. Water heater went bad Thursday later afternoon, called Suburban plumbing. Owner himself showed up,, after consulting with him I decided to go with an exterior mounted tankless. He did a temporary fix so we could at least have cold water till they arrived Friday morning with crew. They did a beautiful job, limitless hot water, all for a great price. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend, second time using!

Our air vent at our kitchen sink was backed up and needed a service/replacement. Made the call on Monday night at 7pm and an immediate appt was available this morning at 8am. Erik Aguilar was at our door early and ready to help us out. Erik was very professional with vast knowledge of the above said situation. The two gentlemen arrived on time, friendly and looked at my needs and gave me an estimate of the service needed including parts. They were very courteous and replaced them quickly, I was amazed how quick he was at replacing the broken spigots. I haven't had plumbers in my home who didn't try to up-sell services but they did was needed and that was it.

He was able to unlodge the obstruction in the bathtub drain, but was unable to retrieve it. He noticed excessive grease build up in my kitchen drain and snaked it out. The cost was $225. He also offered a service to hydro-jet the drain which is to make them like new by cleaning out all the grease in the drains for $550, but I chose not to make the investment.

I had a problem with a bad odor in my bathroom. I had "Daniel Cordova" Plumbing come in and they quoted me $6,000 to have the sewage pipes replaced. After speaking to Johnnie from "Suburban Plumbing", he sent a Technician out named "Brandon". I have nothing but good things to say about "Brandon", who was polite, professional and fixed the problem by unblocking a wash basin and then changing the seal in the toilet. Now everything is smelling sweetly - by the way,the total cost was $285.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. There are not enough thank you's to Suburban Plumbing. As I was washing dishes and shoving food down the garbage disposal the worst thing thinkable happens. The water starts rising and I flip the switch and I hear nothing. Now I have a sink full of water and food not draining because there is no garbage disposal. Being I am in Costa Mesa, the plumber from Suburban Plumbing showed up within 30 minutes. Gave me a very reasonable rate and had me back to cleaning with a cleared sink and new garbage disposal in what felt like no time at all.

Nothing like waking up to a water heater flood in the morning! Called up Suburban after I was left on hold at depot and lowe's for about 10 minutes. quick, clean, and friendly. too bad i didn't see their yelp deal before i called :( .... but still, moved to the top of my call list the next time my plumbing decides to battle me!
