We have been trying to work with Earl for several months. He changes his date of service from week to week. He also didn't come for three weeks around Christmas and still charged us. It's now been three weeks again since the last time he serviced our pool. And he just quit by text. He complains if we aren't there at the exact time or day he wants to service our pool. And changes the times and days all the time. When we try and speak to him about it, he tells us he doesn't like our altitudes or that he has to work around our schedule and our dogs being kennels doesn't work because he has to call
