Services
In some cases the pool will not be ready for weekly Pool Service. If this is the case customers will be informed of repairs or if a clean-up is needed before service can begin. Work will only be completed with customer approval. The first few visits will allow us to get any repairs done and to perfectly balance your water chemistry so that your pool will be ready for weekly service.
Ideally, swimming pools are meant to be crystal clear and ready for a refreshing swim any time of the day or night, but bodies of non-moving water tend to collect bacteria and algae which grow over time and can change the color of your pool. A green pool is a dirty pool and the level of effort put into keeping it clean depends on how long the buildup has been allowed to progress.

Historically, cleaning pool tile was limited by the lack of available pool tile cleaning products and relied on the use of harsh chemicals, grinding wheels, pumas stone and Glass Bead to remove pool calcium and clean pool tile. These methods had the potential to burn, scratch and permanently damage delicate pool tile finishes.
Seeking a Swimming Pool Technician with excellent customer service skills for a Part-time position. Visalia based company. Job duties include cleaning swimming pools, pool water chemical testing, adjusting chemicals as needed, emptying all baskets, cleaning filters and logging chemical readings and some small repairs as needed.

We just moved into our new house and we had never had a pool before. So we decided we would have someone take care of the pool and teach us some things along the way.
We had called 4 or 5 different pool companies, and 3 showed up and 1 never responded.
Brad was the last we talked with, he pointed out that our drain cover was outdated and that it needed a dome cover because after 2008 every commercial pool and new built pool must have a dome cover due to hair getting caught and drowning.
He said it's an inexpensive fix and he highly recommend it.
He also said that our pool used to be a salt

After many years of trying to maintain our own pool we caved and decided to get a pool guy. I asked friends to recommend theirs and I had two come to give me quotes. The first came and let's just say I was not impressed with the way he degraded my pool maintenance skills, and then he told me he wouldn't service my pool because my dog swims in it (but decided he would do it for $400 a month). Brad came next and he was respectful and kind the entire time he was checking out our pool and equipment. I chose him because of his kindness that first day and I have never been disappointed in his service

Brad has been awesome! He has helped us with issues that we were having with our pool, and that other services weren't able to. I love the fact that he always services on the days he says and he also has great communication! He sends an email once pool has been serviced along with what was done as to chemicals and sends photos. Dates Pool and Spa does a tremendous job keeping our pool sparkling clean. We have numerous kids that use the pool all summer long. Brad personally comes to the house to ensure the best quality. All of our children have sensitive skin and non of them have had any issues with the cleaners used including a baby. Brad fixed a leak and helped us conserve water. Brad and his staff are professional and personable making it a welcomed visit every week. He communicates well and is flexible with any request we have. I highly recommend Dates Pool and Service!!
