We use a 25 Horse Power cleaning unit which we believe is perfect for carpet and upholstery cleaning. We have adjustable heat and pressures and use a 47 urai blower for powerful suction and faster drying times.

Our move in move out carpet cleaning specials are by total square footage of the residence (not square footage of carpet).
