Their carpenter is great. It doesn't hurt to check-in and ask them about key aspects of the project to make sure it's done the way you expect. They let us add-on and change parts of the project without nickling and diming us, which makes things so much smoother. Their crew was always nice and friendly.

Mike helped us renovate our bathroom and backyard. He was courteous and responsive to our needs. We provided him a picture of how we wanted our bathroom to look and he did it exactly to the tee. Who does that?? Amazing! He actually went with me to the decor store to pick out the tile and other items so that was awesome. Most contractors won't do that especially since it is just asking for a change in the project.
Pricing was competitive and he was transparent. Will definitely use him for all projects around the home.

At first Mike was really engaged in our project. Since it is a custom built fence with knotwood aluminum, I wanted to include him in the design phase and get his feedback on the material list before ordering. After waiting more than a week despite being told he will get it to me by the weekend. The quantities where way off when I let him know the cost of each piece and our desire to stay within a set budget he said he would look over the numbers. Another week passed and still no response despite emails and voicemail. When I finally reached out to say that we were going to find another general contractor

Mike and his team did a great job on our backyard remodel! Mike was easy to work with and the team worked efficiently to get the job done especially with demolition of our concrete slab. The pavers and turf turned out really nice and added so much more space as we had a lot of wasted space. We were also happy with our planter box for new gardening/plant adventures!

We are so happy with our "refreshed" backyard from Westcoast Hardscape! The team was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Mike/ operations manager was proactive & honest with communication, shared ideas to consider and walked through the process and options so we knew exactly what was planned. I am eternally grateful I connected with Mike and his team at Westcoast Hardscape - especially as a rookie real estate investor on my first project.
