Amazing staff and service. They came out to my house and gave me a really fair bid for taking down 6 large trees on my property. They arrived on time and promptly went to work. 2 trees were close to my house and they were extremely safe at all times. After they fell the trees they cleaned up the workspace and even blew all the sawdust off the driveway after raking it clean.

Phenomenal experience with this company! Craig was professional, friendly, respectful, honest, responsive, straight forward, punctual, & cost competitive. He & his partner did an extraordinary job removing a large spruce tree between our house & our neighbor's, before it could cause damage to the building foundations. The removal was done safely & with precision, so as not to cause any damage to either properties, & included limb chipping/hauling & clean-up. They even agreed to place the wood rounds (just over the property line) into our neighbor's yard, as requested. Highly recommend this company

Thank you to Craig and his helper for rescuing our cat Festy, who had been stuck over 50 feet up a tree and needed some extra coaching to rescue. The PNW Tree Service team was very responsive, professional, patient and kind when rescuing our cat. We cannot be more thankful! I called this service because of the reviews. The estimator that showed up was unprofessional, stomped thru my landscaping layout ignoring the pathways, gave me an extremely high estimate compared to the others I received, & couldn’t accommodate my schedule by more than a week. His comments about damaging my landscaping while doing the job gave me no confidence in trusting this crew. Can’t imagine why anyone wrote good reviews considering his estimate was almost double. I went with Olympia tree care who did an outstanding job.

Let me start by saying that Pacific Northwest Tree Services (PNTS) did an outstanding job on clearing three huge standing trees that were right next to my house. I received a good number of quotes for this job and PNTS was not the lowest and by far not the highest, but when you talk to Craig, you get straight HONEST talk. This was the main reason I went with Pacific Northwest Tree Services, Craig told me what, how, and when - every step was done safely, professionally and I could not be happier with the finished job.
