Showed up early, went right to work, got the job completed and cleaned the area up. Two of the trees which we thought would be difficult were no problem for them. Outstanding work, if I need them again, I will call them first. Highly recommended.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about the service we received today. We had two very large poplar trees which needed removal because one was beginning to rot at the stump. Probably could have gotten by with just having it removed but figured it would just be a matter of time before the same thing happened with the other. The crew of six showed up right on time. The equipment was certainly first class and the members of the team worked very well together. There was no standing around. Arrived at 8 AM and were done at 3:30 PM. I wanted the chips and we ended up with five very large piles

I can’t say enough about Chris and his crew. We have very tall abs VERY tricky trees close to our house. They were scary in the storms. His crew were polite, responsive and absolutely careful with my landscape and yard. We expected damage due to the trees being taken down but it was so minimal we were astonished. The crew raked, blew the chips off our roof, and cleaned up like it was their own homes. The guy in the tree was phenomenal and it was an art watching him work. We used Dead or Alive Tree Service to spring clean our trees and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. The owner came out twice for free to give us a quote after we made some changes and the second time suggested the day rate for just a bit more money, which we were really grateful for since it was hard for us to decide which trees were a priority since we have so many. The day rate allowed us to get as many done as they could do in about a 7 hour period. The guys who showed up to the job were pleasant, professional, hard working, and responsive to our needs. Can't say enough positive things about these guys! I had a very time sensitive pruning job that had to be done within a week or would have had to wait until next fall. I had 3 estimates done and these guy's rates were competative but where they exceeded others was their customer service and their ability to accommodate my needs.
