We just had a new HVAC system installed today by Cody and Aaron. Not only were they courteous and respectful but they were friendly as well. The installation seem to go like clock work. They worked hard from start to finish. It is obvious why Chapman Heating and Cooling get great ratings. They are a top of the line company with top of the line employees. Great job!

My parents had a new furnace installed yesterday. Chris T, Chris(beard), other Chris, and Jacob were all professional and friendly and did a great job. Chapman installed AC a couple years ago and we have always gotten the best. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend to everyone! Thanks guys. Your work looks awesome, and you cleaned up better when you left than when started.

Repaired older system to run until new one installed. Carly at the office was very professional and helpful, got service scheduled right away. Terrance, our tech was amazing, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. Very easy to work with, polite even to our bothersome cat. Got us up and running quickly. Really good at helping select and schedule new install. Highly recommend.

Buying units from them, will not cover warranty agreement units are only 6 months old and already freezing up and low on refrigerant have to argue back and forth with them about trying to get something fix and the best thing they can come up with is someone else touch them, if they did we wouldn’t be having this discussion right. My best advice to you is going somewhere else instead of wasting you money and time with this company

We used Chapman to redo the HVAC in our full home renovation, including two new furnaces, A/C unit, split A/C, and entirely new ductwork. Their pricing was competitive and knowledge was great. They came up with an awesome plan for our place and did all the work quickly, well, and very professionally. A few months later, the larger A/C unit that… they had not installed personally had an issue with the motor. This was in the middle of the crazy summer heat, and our main floor was over 80 degrees.
