Great Lakes is the best Fire Protection company and has the best customer service in the state. As the owner of multiple businesses I have worked with other companies in the past, but the time that it took just to get to speak to a real person to get my concerns address was something I never looked forward to. With Great Lakes that is never the case, a simple text is all it takes to get someone to respond to any concerns I might have, no matter what time it is or the day of the week, they are just amazing. Great lakes was amazing in looking at, bidding and doing our work. Joe handled our project like a true professional , every step we took He figured out how we could make it work, They were far more knowledgeable then anybody we had look at our project. They also did all the leg work as far as getting permits and bringing in the right people for the job. They were neat and efficient and the work was done on time. I was glad I selected Great Lakes for a fire alarm system upgrade. Joe is very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made sure to understand my questions and concerns and work out an effective way to handle them. Randy also helped out to keep the project moving forward when he needed to. I like working with companies this size- big enough to have the resources to do a job right, yet not so big that your project gets pushed off and forgotten. Job well done!

By far the best fire protection and hood cleaning company I have worked with in the Madison area. They have always been so up front and honest with helping us know what is coming in the future and how we can ensure our property is up to date on all safety devices. We have used Great Lakes Fire Protection for over 5-years and they have always been very responsive and effective to our requests and service needs. Recently we began having multiple repetitive faults with our fire protection system. Joe and David worked on it diligently over multiple service calls. The issues ended up to be several things that were all interrelated. Thanks to the technical knowledge and tenacity of Joe and David, we were able to resolve the faults. Very pleased with the service and knowledge of the guys at GLFP. The first time I met with them, they were able to troubleshoot and solve an issue that several others could not. Since then we have received awesome customer service each and every time we have needed service. Response time, attitude and skills are always far better than what we were used to. I recently have handed over all my Fire Alarm Business to Joe C at Great Lakes. Not knowing them, I was cautious at first so I joined along on the customer accounts for the first few but quickly realized Joe was keeping up the same standard as I did. He treats the customers and myself with the kindness and respect we deserve. Since then we have worked on many projects together. I will keep using them as my Fire Alarm Company Partner.
