The fire protection sprinkler systems we produce work best for any property. Whether you need a fire protection plan for a new commercial building, or are updating your home's fire safety system, we've got you covered. Choose from wet, dry or pre-action systems to meet the safety standards in your building.

If you're not sure what kind of fire sprinkler will work best for your property, don't worry! That's what we do best. The best way to stay safe in a fire is to prevent fire from erupting in the first place. But how do you know how to keep a building safe from fire hazards? Just schedule a fire inspection or call us for fire equipment maintenance to make sure your building - and the people inside - stay safe.

We have the tools & talent to execute the fire sprinkler installation process from start to finish. We'll come out and survey the building ourselves to get the best property assessment possible. That's how we'll be able to create a personalized sprinkler design plan before we start the full installation process.
Services
Design Build Fire Protection provides installation, repair & other maintenance services for wet sprinkler systems on a variety of property types. One of the sprinkler system experts at Design Build Fire Protection will help you determine if a dry pipe sprinkler system is right for your property. To determine which pre-action sprinkler system is best for your property, contact Design Build Fire Protection.
Dry pipe fire prevention sprinkler systems are similar to wet pipe systems because of the way they activate. The difference between the two systems is that no water is stored within the pipes. Instead of water, dry pipes contain pressurized air or nitrogen. When the sprinkler is activated, the release of air allows the water pressure to open the valve, letting water flow freely from the sprinkler head.
Pre-action sprinkler systems are designed similarly to dry pipe systems because the pipes are filled with air as opposed to water. Once we help you decide that pre-action is best for you, there are three different kinds of fire sprinkler systems to choose from. In this type of system, water is held by a pre-action valve.
In order to keep your fire sprinkler system running smoothly, it's important to schedule regular maintenance & testing. Design Build Fire Protection offers regular fire system safety checkups to ensure your system continues to run smoothly for longer. Regular maintenance is not only good for your system, but required to guarantee building safety.
Getting regular fire sprinkler system inspections is critical to ensure your system continues to function correctly. Failing to receive at least yearly inspections will result in a faulty system, leaving your building at risk of fire & its residents in harm's way. Design Build Fire Protection provides detailed regular inspections so you know your home or office will stay safe from any fire emergency.
