Nuvohaus did a excellent job installing a brand new roof on my house! I give them 5 stars! Paul Chung the Sales Manager did a excellent job and made it extremely easy and effortless for me from the begining to the end of the of the entire roof installation! I highly recommend Nuvohaus!

We had out roof(tear off and new - not a double shingle job) and siding replaced in 06/2021 by NuvoHaus. Michael Kim was our sales point of contact and did a great job from start to finish. Jorge was the siding installer and did a great job and took the extra effort to treat our home like he would want his treated. Rana was the roof installation manager and did a fast quality install. Back to 2013, we had the roof replacement for our house.  After that work, our skylight began to get cloudy and the moisture got in to damage the four drywalls around our skylight. This week, we had the new roof replacement, and the roof team helped us to fix the skylight issue. Storms had damaged our roof on several occasions and there were many roofing companies that tried to get our insurance company to approve the repairs. Only Nuvohaus was able to get that done by working hard with adjusters. They were our advocates throughout the whole process. Jenny was easy to work with and the entire crew was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them!

There was damage done to my roof due to the last storm, so I was worried that it would take quite a long time to fix the roof.
However, Steven quickly contacted the insurance company to fix our roof as soon as possible.

Did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. The crew did a high quality job and cleaned up well afterward which I appreciated. We worked with Paul as our main contact and he was on top of everything. Very responsive and excellent with follow up calls and great with all my questions.

This is actually my 2nd time dealing with a damaged roof, siding and gutters with Nuvohaus Home Improvement. I had my roof on my house replaced several years ago and recently had my parents house roof, siding and gutters replaced. Steven Kim is excellent at handling all aspects of the Insurance claim process. He really goes out of his way to make sure the clients are happy and provides excellent customer service. I feel compelled to write a review after not seeing too many listed here & having had a very positive experience with Nuvohaus a few years back & subsequent follow-up.

We had used Nuvohaus back in 2013 to replace our siding (vinyl) & roof due to hail damage. We had recommended them to a few neighbors based on our positive experience & they seemed happy as well. What I was most impressed with is 3 years later I removed some deck post boards that were originally attached directly to the house (so they channeled around the posts) - which required replacing quite a few segments

Dan Lee & Jennifer Kim of Nuvohaus were great to work with. They were incredibly attentive to details and questions we had. The work crews on roofing, fascia and painting were just fabulous. If you are looking for someone to work with I would give them the highest recommendations.

We got our roof done from this company. I was little skeptical after reading some of the previous reviews but decided to give them a chance. I am totally satisfied with their work. The crew that worked on the roof has done an excellent job. On the day they went little short on the material but managed to order it quickly, get it delivered same day and finished the job by the end of day.

Jennifer handled the claim process with my insurance company and she followed up with me after to see if I am a totally satisfied with the job done.

100% storm chasers. Hire workers who are just labor. Multiple pieces of siding needed to be replaced less then 6months after. Largest gaps in siding later needed to be filled in. Panels not straight. Avoid this company!!!!! Had to spend 2 days removing all the loose roof nails that fell into me yard. Zero response from a "customer service rep." No one returned my calls for three months.

Nuvohaus just finished-up the last of the work for my house. They've done the roof, the siding, the up/down spouts, painted the trim, fixed 7 screens and 3 basement grates.

They've done a pretty amazing job!! They were fast and did an excellent job. The various crews were polite, on-time, did a great job, and cleaned-up afterwards.

They all went above-and-beyond...one example is the crew who does the up/down spouts. They noted that the original builder put the spout right in the front of a column in the front of the house. They moved it to the side of the column where it would be less
