Emma Diamond of the residential lettings team is efficient and effective, always available and helpful, and this year she has saved us a packet. Liasing with the landlord next door (who isn't with Mighty House - yet) while we were away, she quietly solved our long-running roofing saga by organising another roofer to do the job - at half the cost - saving us £250 each. Taking advantage of Mighty House's full management service is paying dividends!

Beccy Quail, lead of Mighty House's residential lettings team, has been fantastic getting us started in residential lettings. Highly experienced, she has excellent judgement. No problem appears to be too large or too small for her sensible advice. She is always helpful and efficient at solving problems, and has steered us away from some elephant traps in this, our first year in the business. In our experience, Mighty House's full management service offers great value and peace of mind.

Fantastic experience renting with this company - the lettings team provide an excellent service, are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Emails are responded to efficiently and are always informative. Moving and choosing a place to rent can be stressful, but this company made this so much more pleasant. First rate service. I can't recommend Greg and his team enough. They were there helpful, efficient and friendly. Brilliant to deal with and great value for money. I am renting with Mighty House for the first time and the lettings team, Emma and Beccy, have provided me with the best experience I've had letting to date. They are professional, knowledgable, hard-working, and often go above and beyond. Most importantly though they have treated me like a human being, and not just an income source.
