The first step is an on-site meeting to survey existing conditions, discuss goals, and listen to your concerns in designing your property to better meet your needs. Your conceptual design plan is a scaled drawing showing the layout and design of your property, incorporating both landscape and hardscape elements such as patios, decks, walks, pools, driveways, etc.
After the concept has been accepted, you will receive a final detailed plan showing plant locations, varieties, sizes, and quantities. You will also receive an image book showing the proposed plant and hardscape materials. Smaller-scale garden design projects can be realized with a planting plan, showing plant locations, varieties, quantities, and sizes.

It is my pleasure to write this review of Terra Verde Landscaping. I made a wonderful decision to use this company after I met Dan Greller the landscape architect one year ago. His professional training is very evident in the discussions we had together, the design plan formulated for my property , and the execution of design. Equally important is the relationship that I was able to achieve with Dan. He is intelligent, personable, kind and compassionate. I can't say enough good things about Daniel and Terra Verde.
First and most importantly, Daniel is 100% not your run-of-the-mill Long Island lawn guy who also fancies himself a landscape designer. This is a man with a graduate degree in his field who knows this world back and forth, and it shows. His design sense is incredible and, after visiting our house to scout the property before he sketched a plan, he was flexible and creative enough to work within our budget without sacrificing the elegance of that plan.
Daniel was also very engaged throughout the process, from keeping our preferences
