As founder and Principal of Sean Jancski Landscape Architects, Sean's mission is to draw people outside. He designs carefully-crafted personalized spaces that extend and enhance the enjoyment and usage of each client's property. Sean has passion for technology in design, and is able to create 3d renderings nearly identical to their eventual outcomes.
He is an adept problem-solver who sees obstacles as opportunities. Sean has over 25 years experience as a registered landscape architect in New York and Connecticut, is LEED certified (Building Design and Construction), and a long-standing member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).
When not designing award-winning landscapes, he can be found pursuing one of his many hobbies, including carpentry, windsurfing, surfing and scuba diving. Juliana brings to SJLA a commitment to the creation of exceptional gathering spaces, where people can relax, play and connect. She is a natural collaborator with clients and professionals, and excels in team collaborative environments.

We are proud to announce that we have been selected as finalists in two categories for the Westchester Home Design Awards! The November issue of NY Cottages and Gardens features our Innovation in Design Awards finalist project! A completed design project is featured in the November-December issue of the At-Home Magazine.
Phase 1 begins with a discussion to explore your hopes and goals for the project. Next, we coordinate a topographic survey of your property (if needed) and complete a site analysis with photography, notes, etc. Armed with this information, we produce an initial Design Concept Plan similar to the one shown here and in order to get some client feedback on the direction of the design.

Wagner Swimming Pools (E. L. Wagner Co, Inc.) has been collaborating with Sean Jancski on high end projects for many years. He is a true professional with vast knowledge in outdoor design and swimming pool project design. Sean's full property master plans are sought after in the area. His designs are beautiful, and very detail oriented. When you have Sean designing your outdoor projects it is more likely to add value to your property than just letting a contractor, with no design training, try to design your project and potentially de-value your property.
