I have not used this service yet but I did make an appointment because they are incredibly busy during chimney season. I am totally looking forward to the visit in January and will update this after my service. What I liked most was that Dave was so helpful and informative over the phone. He came highly recommended and left me with a trusting "gut" feeling. You know how when you talk or deal with someone and something just doesn't sit quite right with you? There was none of that. I am looking forward to getting my chimney serviced and will let you know how it turns out with an updated post.

They came out the next day did a wonderful job explained everything… Even help me with some surface cracks on the chimney with filling it in with concrete and painting it… Excellent service excellent price he’s my guy!
