My advice is to get it in writing. This place runs on phone calls and legal pads.
The sign outside says "Open to the Public," but Regular Joes need to expect a very different level of customer service / follow up.
On the plus side, they are a source for custom window / door products at a fair price.

I have known the family since 1993...I have given them business since then.... you get great service here, I try to buy as much as I can here...I know everyone...but my favorite contact would be Brian...we go way back, and he always gets exactly what I ask for... I cant speak any more highly... they would...FAR EXCEED....lowes or home depot...

I was hopeful to do business with them. I felt like they would be a good window company. They are not following through their promises, talked a good game but no follow through. I tried 3 times. I am a busy person and when I give you plenty of my time and you unfairly waste mine, you get low rating. Maybe I'm old school but if you are too busy or just don't want the work just say so, don't promise call backs and not do it. My advice, don't wait on them.
