Dury from Upstate Door was responsive and helpful from the start. He's done this a long time and was able to guide us to the right door for what we were looking for. I wanted an over-sized door. No Problem. I wanted a Lift Master 8500W Wifi Jack Shaft opener. No Problem. Professional on the install. Answered all my questions and got them working the way I wanted to. Price was a good value for the product, service, and support they provided. I plan to buy a few more doors from them in the future.

First, I rarely write reviews, but I am seriously impressed with this company and very pleased with the product.
After troubleshooting my 20+ year-old malfunctioning garage door opener, I concluded I had either a bad logic board or motor. So I Googled Lift-master and found Upstate Door Company.
Dury, the phone rep, confirmed my suspicions, and recommended an all new unit instead of spending $100's to selectively replace expensive parts on my old unit. He explained that my old unit had outlived its expected service life. That made sense, and compared to the cost of all new, I agreed, and I'm so

Blown away at the level of service! They not only came in with a super competitive price, they helped pick the correct opener for the oversized doors. Added to that, they installed two 16x14 insulated doors in just over a day. My father had three smaller doors installed that took 4 days and then had many issues to resolve. Mine work flawlessly! Cannot rave more about my experience. I’ll recommend them every chance I get.
