We only offer our customers the best, which is why we only sell LED lights to our new customers. For existing customers who currently have incandescent bulbs, we are happy to retrofit your lights to LED's for only the cost of the product, labor is on us! Long-lasting, 50,000 hours! Quality products.
Our team of professionals is accustomed to working on roofs and they aren't afraid of heights! We will hang your lights right the first time and make sure everything works before we leave. Although it's seldom needed, we will do maintenance on your lighting throughout the season. Just submit a support ticket and we will make sure you are taken care of ASAP.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the lights. So, we have time to fix them. All we do for the first few weeks of the season is install lights, we are limited on the days we have because of the weather, and we only have so many employees. We check the lights after hanging and make sure they are all working.
We understand that sometimes there is a reason you absolutely need to have your lights taken down on a specific date. We can accommodate you for an additional fee of $60. You will be charged and we will call to confirm. Clicking "Schedule" will take you to a payment page to complete your request. You will NOT be charged until you complete the payment process on the following page.
Every year we need seasonal help. We have returning employees, but always need to replace those who have moved away or are otherwise employed elsewhere and unable to return. We love offering an opportunity to earn extra money each holiday season. Many of our employees use this extra income to cover the extra expenses that usually come with the holidays.

My first review was going off of an issue that seemed to be unique, and that has since been resolved.
This was my second year dealing with this company, and it was not a great year to base my entire opinion of service around. Unfortunately things did not work out for the 2021 holiday season, and a lot was beyond the company’s ability to control.
Instead I will state that the price and service for my initial use were on par, price was very reasonable and service was outstanding. The lights were quickly installed and removed without any issues, and looked amazing! Perfectly placed, even throughout

I'm very pleased with our experience with Custom Christmas Lighting LLC. They have been affordable and reliable. Communication is very good as well. I like that they were proactive in reaching out to me early in the season about scheduling my installation. No complaints on quality. Very professional.

Used the service for 3 years. Last year, in response to their notice of a discount for early install, I erroneously paid in full. They took this payment, made in August, as an OK to not install lights til November, with no communication until I reached out in early November. Nothing said regarding full payment 4 1/2 months before Christmas, but the money was certainly deposited. When I asked for a partial refund in November, again since I paid early at their request in early August, I hit a wall with staff. We've been with Custom Christmas Lighting, LLC since 2015 and it's been a great experience. They efficiently install the lights and take down without any problems or concerns. It's so nice to not have to hassle with ladders, burned out bulbs, freezing cold temps getting them up and down. We highly recommend!

This is the second year having CCL install lights on our house. They responded immediately to our requests for relocation of lights and bulb replacements. They were quick to remove the lights after the holidays and it's nice that they store them for you till next year. They are very courteous and professional. Custom Christmas lighting has been installing our holiday lights for two years. We have always been very happy with the quality and no hassle process. I love being able to schedule the install and not even have to be present for the installation. I also really appreciate not having to store the lights each season, as they store them at Custom Christmas Lighting and also replace bulbs when needed.
