I had another company come out and wanted to do an expensive dye test to verify where the leak was occurring in our a/c system. Scott found it right away and verified it was the inside coil. Scott was right on point with price, service, and his warranty and follow up is second to none. He heard my problem, walked me through a couple of troubleshooting steps, and when those didn't work, agreed to come out.
He was here for about 20 minutes, fixed everything, and we're back in business. It is customer service like this that wins and keeps customers coming back. Great customer service. I have used this team a few times over the last several years. First for maintenance on my old system and later to have a new system installed.

I cannot say enough about how AMAZING Scott and his team were to work with. When our home's AC system started to fail we had multiple companies come out to give us estimates for replacement. Scott showed up on time, was very honest, did not try to sell us on anything we did not need (like some of the other guys did), and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. When it came to the installation, a few unexpected obstacles came up (our home is over 20 years old and has some quirks), but Adan (the technician) and Scott, worked tirelessly until they had everything working to perfection

I have so far gotten 2 AC units replaced and another repaired within 4 months of each other from this company. Owner Scott Russo is genuinely nice guy who doesn’t try to rip you off. We are so happy with our experiences with American Home and Commercial Services! We found them through our home warranty company, and they have done a fantastic job helping us with several things: installing a new interior AC unit, replacing the tubing for our kitchen vent hood (it looks amazing🤩), replacing ductwork and sealing around openings to prevent air leakage.

I highly recommend American Home and Commercial Services. They installed my new unit and came to me with the best price for the unit. Since that time, they have inspected our unit twice to ensure it's in good working order and there have been no issues. Scott also came out to help with a thermostat issue which was quickly resolved and he did not even charge me for it. I highly recommend them!
