Bluebonnet HVAC replaced our AC unit in 2019. Just this week the temp in our house was rising with the unit running. I called Jeremy. As always, he was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. A part had broken in the AC unit. Jeremy informed us the part was still under warranty. He replaced the part and was in and out in 10 minutes. We had issues with AC not running on a Sunday. We called Monday morning and they made space for us after their first job which was awesome (especially during the summer). Our tenants were impressed with how Polite and helpful Jeremy was. I was expecting to replace a very old system... but they got it running with a replaced electrical part and saved us a headache. Very good and they'll be my guys from here on out.

The best HVAC company I've ever dealt with. Jeremy is extraordinarily knowledgeable and one of the nicest people you could hope to encounter. Their pricing is outstanding and the work is always flawless.
While other HVAC companies were trying to sell us five-figure packages, Bluebonnet offered us reasonable repairs.

Bluebonnet is hands down the best HVAC service I've ever received. They replaced an entire HVAC system and even repaired some duct work. They were fast, efficient and priced competitively. The response time is unmatched. Jeremy and Christian were wonderful. I've recommended them many times and everyone has been pleased with their service, from very large jobs to small ones.

Very disappointed. Came out and charged $75.00 for home visit where many asked for only $50.00. Proceeded to charge $300.00 for replacing a $40.00 capacitor. Quoted outrageous amount for sealant, and for new 410a refrigerant. Called another local AC company, charged $50.00 to come out and only total of $125.00 for 410a refrigerant. Bluebonnet tech tried to tell me they could not charge without sealant. The AC company I ended up using for the repair dis great job for far less, and things work great. I will never call Blue Bonnet again.

A week and a half ago, I came home and smelled something burning coming from my AC vents. I called my home warranty to come out and diagnose it so I could try to replace through them. Since then, I had been going back and forth with my home warranty calling them no less than 5-10 times a day to keep things moving at even the snail's pace they were going. They finally came back and told me that the furnace/unit needed to be replaced. I was told I still had to pay an exorbitant amount out of pocket for this since some parts had to be updated to be compatible with the lower end system they wanted

A/C went out on one of the hottest days, so far, this year. On 2nd day without it due to warranty issues, Bluebonnet was contacted and they sent someone over and fixed it same day! The repairman was so polite. Felt sorry he had to be up in the attic in 106° weather. But he was so nice and still got it done. Very grateful!

Another company diagnosed one of my HVACs with an evaporator coil leak. For various other reasons, I had lost confidence in this company and decided to start a relationship with a new one. When I called Bluebonnet, the first thing they said was to check the warranty, as it may still be covered. I'm not the original owner, but the warranty was still active, so this saved me a lot of money. This is something I should have known to check, but this is my first house

Our AC went out and I went into panic mode! I had no idea who to call so I looked online and found Bluebonnet HVAC. I did my research, read all the great reviews and crossed my fingers. Jeremy & Christian are the Dream Team of HVAC! Our 16 year old A/C went out in July on one of the days it was 109! After waiting all day and fighting with AHS warranty to get a repair done before their 24-48 hour rule, we called Bluebonnet on our own. These guys are the best in town. This is the second time I asked them to come out because I have a 20 year old unit. Think of them as finding that perfect mechanic that tells the truth, does the job, and doesn't leave you second guessing. AC went out @ 4:50PM. They close @ 5PM. I called them expecting an appointment sometime next day or even later. I got lucky and they came over within 20 minutes. Spent 20 minutes outside, found the problem, replaced the part, fixed the AC, and left. The customer service is outstanding. I will be replacing my AC unit with this company within the next 6-8 months

My.friends over at Window Gang referred me to Bluebonnet HVAC. Jeremy was quick to come out and assess my system. He was professional, thorough and more than willing to offer temporary cost effective solutions to my lack of a/c. Jeremy came out as a recommendation from a friend to look at my AC after I had Church Services come out earlier in the day. My compressor and fan outside were not working in my 16 year old unit. Here's why this guy has all 5 star ratings:
Church Services spent about 10 minutes in total before declaring the unit dead.
Jeremy spent 20 minutes, going to the attic first, and then check the individual wire connections.
Church Services had to have someone else come out to give a quote, at 7 PM

Jeremy and Kititke (who does the business back end) are great! After an easy appointment setup he diagnosed my problems as part of a checkup, and was clearly extremely knowledgeable and honest about what my issues were. I decided to get assistance from a family member the some easy fixes, but they were fully understanding that I went that way instead of having Bluebonnet do it. I will definitely be having them do periodic checkups in the future - as well as any (cross my fingers) fixes.

We've had our AC looked at by Jeremy several times and have always been pleased. Jeremy is always up front about what the issue is and how much the repair will cost. We have never felt like Jeremy was trying to get us to do work that wasn't necessary. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to call him again to work on our system.

Bluebonnet is wonderful. I called and was scheduled right away. Jeremy came with his apprentice Bailey and did a very thorough job. They didn't have the parts and had to come back. I had to be to work at 3 and they said they would be back between 4 and 7 the same day. If I could leave the gate open. Jeremy called at 6 saying my A/C was working great. Quoted me a price and stuck to it. Jeremy is a huge asset to Bluebonnet. I will be using them for years to come.

I received a call at work from my kids the first hot day of summer telling me that it was getting warm in the house and that the thermostat was showing 86 degrees. I immediately started calling around to find someone who could come out that day AND had great Yelp reviews.

These guys rock! I had initially called Green Air Conditioning and Heating when our blower motor went out but they were stacked with appointments (it is the end of summer in Texas after all) and recommended we call Bluebonnet HVAC instead. I gave them a call and they said they'd get to us today or tomorrow. My hopes sank a little. But they called back a few hours later and said they had the part at will call (I gave them model/serial when I called) and would be out before 6pm.

Needed to have my heater checked out before winter, and Bluebonnet met all the criteria for a great service experience - talented, personable, honest and economical. Usually I choose a service company from Yelp reviews, but I had a good feeling from Bluebonnet's website and the fact that Jeremy grew up in the heating and air conditioning business working alongside his father. Plus I like to use local, family-owned businesses.
So I ventured out and am so glad I did. For a low, fixed price, Jeremy checked out both the heater and the air conditioning. Took his time, looked it all over closely
