Avery, Cesar and their team did an excellent job rebuilding and extending the Michigan rock retention walls adjacent to the driveway. They worked skillfully and diligently to get all the details right to meet and exceed our expectations , both in hardscape appearance and function, giving us the confidence that the walls will stand for many years to come. We had an extensive project at a home we moved into last fall and Avery was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Cesar Sanchez worked incredibly hard to finish the work without delay, even with days of unexpected rain! The finished landscape and flagstone patio are beautiful and have surpassed our expectations.

Great Experience! Between weather, Covid, and staffing, it took some time to actually schedule the work. But once it did happen, it went smoothly and efficiently, with brilliant results. Mike did great working up front with us, and Jake did the work with speed, skill, and made it look beautiful. Kudos to all, especially to Jake - he loves his job, and it shows in his work. Our lawn looks great! Great Outdoors does our regular mowing and trimming. The edging is neat and tidy and that detail makes the rest of the yard really look great. Yesterday's mowing coincided with the leaf pick up and I was so proud to see our yard looked so great! We've used this company forn3 years with no plans to stop now.

We've been with Great Outdoors for a few years now and we couldn't be happier. Other companies we've been with haven't come close to the Great Outdoors level of professionalism. The office staff are great and Randy (Crew #5) cuts our lawn beautifully. Their attention to detail is top notch. Randy even fixed a hole in my fence the other day so my dog wouldn't escape. I guarantee you won't get that type of service from other companies.

Our family hired the Great Outdoors for a home landscaping project. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, nor how much it would cost. Our initial meetings with Mike K. were very informative and helpful, and we never got the sense that he was trying to sell us the most expensive job. He simply presented options, their upsides and downsides and costs, and it was all very helpful. The crew (Tim, Eusebio, Francisco, Jaime, Mario, and others) were friendly, professional, and thorough. We love the finished result. Really can't recommend this outfit enough.

After a call was placed to your office Clark came to the house and was immediately able to determine what was causing our concerns. We signed up for fertilizer and weed control. The service was ok. They took forever to come out after we signed up, almost 3 weeks later. Their weed control was just ok. I still ended up pulling many weeds and having to apply my own spot spraying to control the weeds. I expected more. The real problem we had is that when we called to try to pay, they said "Our offices flooded, destroying our server. We can't take your payment right now. We'll call you back when we can." No call back. Then we finally called again and paid them in full. 8 days later, we got a letter from a bill

I don't know about their lawn maintenance services but we paid them a good chunk of change for a paver patio with fire pit, pergola, home entrance and adjoining sidewalk. They sent a professional to estimate, then sent out workers we could not communicate with due to language barrier, this after advising us an English speaking supervisor would be on site each day. We had to watch the workers closely as far as measurements, and then call to have them correct items following incorrectly sized installments.
