Liars and thieves! Quoted and guaranteed an amount for the cleaning but when they finished they claimed that there were stains, bad spots, and had to do more work, on carpet that was only 1 1/2 years old. No kids and no pets. Price ended up double the original and there was nothing I could do or say because they finished the job before telling me. They are underhanded co artists!

I get the superior service from this company that I don’t get from other carpet cleaning companies. The technician (Kerry) came in and assessed our problems before beginning the cleaning process. He didn’t just come in and start cleaning like other companies do. He showed us the stains and problem areas. He was so meticulous and professional. This is the “go to” place if you want and expect quality. You get what you pay for!

They will tell you one price but will then change you to drive to your house and then much more for every little stain or smell they say they find. They will get ya for every dollar you have if they can. On a good point they did do a good job and were very friendly. Very easy to work with just be careful of extra charges
