There are a great many fence companies in the world. I am here to recommend Armstrong Fence. I called Armstrong and a site visit was arranged with Joe Presley. I shared my hopes and dreams with him and he came back to me with a couple of recommendations based on his extensive experience.
I thought I wanted a fence with a lattice top. Joe informed me that it was never going to look right because the grade ran downhill. He told me I would be happier with a board fence as it could be adjusted to look right. Joe measured the site and came back to me with a proposal.

1st off I have to agree that customer service at the shop is lackluster at best. No one should be ignored Covid or not! That being said the guys that came out were some of the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen. They had our fence up a day early and it came out beautifully. Joe was very easy to work with.

Please save yourself the frustration and pursue another company. I called Armstrong in March/April and they didn't schedule the quote until the first week of June as they were that busy. When they did arrive, the rep Thiago was nice however it was raining, pouring so we spent little time together. He followed up quite immediately with the quotes that I asked for. I had additional questions I've wanted answered. Well it's not basically October and I've emailed 3-4 times, nothing. I've called his cell phone, his voicemail is full. I'm sure I'm not the only one who went here after the storms earlier this year. We lost our mailbox and 25% of our fence to the storms and the town plow. The fence was not installed by them, but our little gate between the driveway and backyard was (before we bought the house) and that gate was still standing after all those storms, even with my neighbor's self-installed fence slapping it around as his fence loosened.

Armstrong Fence just finished installing our new wood fence and it is awesome! From start to finish Dave and his staff were great. Dave came out twice before the project was completed to finalize an estimate and our layout. The install took a couple days and came out looking perfect. The installers clearly took their time doing a quality job and did not rush it. We would definitely recommend Armstrong Fence. Professional service with a quality product.

1 guy, 5 days, 200 feet of post and rail fence, 80 feet of privacy fence, 4 gates. He was basically a magician. If you wanted to see a master at his craft you should have been at my house. Covered up his gear at the end of the day as well.
Sales process exceeded my expectations as well, Jack went out of his way to walk and paint the fence line with me because I couldn't be there the day of the install.

We were excited to try Armstrong but when my fiancé called yesterday, their receptionist rudely hung up on him saying they were too busy to take new customers. We understand their influx of requests following last weekend's storm, but there's a better way to deliver a message. We'll be taking our fencing repairs to another company.

They came to my house not once, but twice to measure the yard because we changed our mind regarding where we wanted the fence. They had to push our install day by 3 business days, but were upfront about it and gave us advance notice. They showed up on time the days of install. Their staff were professional

There aren't many positive customer service experiences that make you keep reminding yourself that you need to go to Yelp, try to remember your log-in information and post a review to let others know about your great experience. BOB IS THE BEST! Such a great experience dealing with him during my project. I highly recommend specifically asking for him. He helped me scope out the materials for my project, spent the time going over the options and patiently make the adjustments I needed to make to stay within my budget. Hired Armstrong fence to install a new fence and when they installed it not only did they make the gate to small they broke my existing fence. When this was brought up to them they denied breaking my fence and wouldn't fix the gate. All we wanted was a gate that was the width of a normal door 36" and we ended up with one at 30". I would recommend this company. When you break someone's property you should repair or replace it.

We hired Armstrong to replace a gate for us at our home this fall and couldn't be happier with the results. Bob Gontarz was the sales rep and he worked with us to come up with exactly what we wanted. The crew showed up on time and were extremely clean. We moved the gate position so they had dig new holes which they knew about before hand and even made sure to call Digsafe to make sure they wouldn't run into any issues. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fence.

Phenomenal. Put in about 250 feet of fence for a little over what the cost of materials would have been had we shopped locally. Was installed in two and a half days. Gentlemen who installed were nice, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They also removed a section of twenty feet of old fencing within the cost of the job. Whole yard looks gorgeous and defined now!

Excellent service and workmanship. Recently one of our white vinyl gates (purchased years ago from Perfection Fence) was damaged in a windstorm. The Perfection sales rep said they could not repair it; they could only replace the gate (for about $1,300 plus tax). Matt Miner at Armstrong came out and looked at the gate, and followed up quickly with a quote to do the repair at a price that saved us a ton of money.
