I have had a unit at 36 Storage for a long time. I was so impressed at how clean and secure the units are, and I’ve always paid on time. Never late. The first of November I received an email advising me that my rent was increasing to $145 monthly from $90. A 62% INCREASE!!!!!! I knew it was an error so I called the office and was told it’s not an error, and that they received “an astronomical tax increase” and was passing it along. Keep in mind they just started to expand their units. THAT is what we’re paying for. In addition, the property hasn’t been secured in excess of a month.

The people at 36 Storage are fantastic. They were there when I was moving on of my 4 bedroom house and downsizing. When I realized I could not get everything into my new place immediately, I was able to go online fill out , rent and move stuff in after they were closed for the day.
They watched over my stuff as if it was their own. I screwed up and didn't lock my unit correctly. the next day they were on the phone with me to let me know of my error.
I am totally impress with the way they run this business. They are there to help you when you need, but stay out of your business at the same time

I made a mistake earlier and would like to make a mends for it.while i was in the hospital and not able to get there to pay my bill on time,i called and a man answered and was extremely rude and un-professional,and made remarks that he did not care about it.i found out later o had actually called the wrong place,after speaking to the correct place everything was much better..i will say this i do reccomend 36 storage and will continue to give my buisness to them.i am proud to say i am sorry for the review i made earlier.great people and very clean and organized facility..thank you..
