Reserved space via website and it was confirmed by an email. Arrived @ exact time of reservation after a 13 hour overnight drive only to be told there was no space available. Confirmed that my reservation was in their system but said "90% of people that reserve on line never show up and that " online reservations are handled by a 3rd party and they don't check that often ".
Literally then turned his back on me. Asked if he could recommend another option and said "everybody's full".
No concern for customers at all.
Once back in the van I found space on my 2nd call
