Chris came to replace a blower motor that another company quoted extremely high and a week+ out. He was able to locate the motor we needed the same day and for a much better price. I am extremely happy and will be calling them for any future issues or work. I really wish I would’ve called them first!

They have been so helpful and friendly. they had a cancelation and called and got to me quicker. from the person answering the phone and setting up my appointment to the gentleman that fixed my AC, professionalism at a first class level. After receiving an extremely high quote from another company, I searched around and found Legacy. They were so awesome and flexible and I was charged according to the work and parts used, without overcharging. They had a tech come out during the time we requested and it was done so fast! Spoke to someone in person which was nice that happened very quickly I believe three rings on the phone, scheduled the call the same day tenant landlord situation furnace not working, James showed up gave solutions three of them, fabulous company will use them again in the future for sure thanks again John Simmons

Our first experience with Legacy was great. They got our furnace working. We set up a spring check up for the AC. But when summer came around they hadn't checked and then our AC stopped working. They came out realized the thermostats we purchased was one that cannot run both AC and Furnace. We were told that we would have to buy one from them. We went ahead and put an order in. That was in May, it's now September and we've not heard from them in 5 months. So my husband emailed checking to see if they had our thermostat. He said he'd drop it off...still waiting 3 weeks later

Initially, I was impressed that Chris came so quickly and explained things clearly. He was easy to work with and I had a written estimate before he left!
