I can not say enough about how professional Larry is. I was told by a different company that I needed $1200-1400 in repairs on my AC but I really should just replace my 15 year old Lennox unit (that has never given me problems). Larry came in today and had me up and running for a fraction of that quote. He explained everything and was super transparent about pricing etc. I would highly recommend Furnace World and will be using them in the future for sure!!!

Professional, easy to schedule and Tech was great.
First had winter service. Had an issue later about a month.
I changed their filter out and put in HEPA filter.
Issue was a newer furnace with filter needing changed from HEPA filter to one allowing more air circulation
New thermostat helped as well. I bought that.
Paid for 2 service calls and got an awesome running furnace as well a great lesson on how to use my system properly. Furnace was put in by energy assistance just never received book. Thank You Furnace World!

These folks are great. Totally professional. There are lots of different gas fireplaces with lots of nuances. After I was unable to reach the dealer for my fireplace, I contacted furnace world. They diagnosed and repaired an issue that was specific to my particular model. They called ahead each time they came out. They didn't need to, but it's nice. The gentleman that did the repair was a nice fellow and he wore a mask. You could tell that he knew what he was doing. Follow up to previous review about angry and unacceptable service. If I could give them zero stars I would because no customer should be treated as aggressive and badly as we were. Talking to Steve after first guy(,snowballed problems with upstairs heater and heat completely stopped working, he also disconnected Nest and humidifier). Second guy came in to see what happened and he turned angry and stormed out when we complained about obvious problems created by first guy. It was extremely uncomfortable to have someone that angry in my house. He was asked to leave and started pushing the Nest buttons

Wow, not sure what to say about the aggressiveness of the man who came to follow up on an issue with first repairman's work(Luke) on our upstairs furnace, which turned into a whole snowball effect.Our Nest humidifier went offline after his second visit so they sent another guy "supervisor"(Tom)he came in angry and combative about Luke's work. My husband and I were taken aback with complete snit he threw and stormed out saying he couldn't fix it and was calling his boss. All I can say is the experience was crazy, unprofessional and mind blowing! How is this okay to treat

Furnace world is phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!! luke is fantastic young man who know furnace repair very well...does a super job.....our furnace stopped working during that bitter cold oct 2019....luke came out quick after we called , even thou they were booked solid....the roofers from the fountain hail storms, knocked a lot of dirt down the furnace pipe......the filter caught some of the dirt, but the furnace was really dirty, and stopped running.......luke got it all cleaned, even thou carrier furnace is tight, hard to work on, luke did it, and did a super job.....furnace world is great!!!!!!!!!

Our heater had been shutting off randomly for the past couple months then would turn back on or we'd have to go in the crawl space and unplug the heater. Finally got fed up with doing so and was recommended to Furnace World. Talk about customer service! These guys were on time, even put on booties in the house and were in and out within 30 min! My techs were Tom and Andrew, both very knowledgeable techs that answered all my questions and throughly walked me through what ended up being a bad flame sensor. Not impressed. Furnace World overcharges for work they do. I recently received an estimate of $2680 to install Aprilaire 800 residential steam humidifier. Let's do the math. The humidifier itself costs about $729.99 (Amazon). The remaining $1950.01 cost would then be attributable to labor for humidifier install and electrical services (to include permit). Though, I was told only electrical work would be to swap electrical outlet/faceplate. No new electrical circuit would be established, thus limiting humidifier output. Top notch service, from beginning to end! We knew our furnace was on the way out, as it was 21 years old, but hoped to get one more winter out of it. Less than two weeks ago it started telling us it was dying, as it was getting louder and louder. We contacted F.W. to get an appointment for a quote for a new furnace. I was so impressed with Furnace World when they serviced our gas fireplace. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was very patient and helpful. The technician who worked on our fireplace, George, was fantastic. He was very friendly which made it very pleasant to have him in our home. He identified several safety issues with our fireplace and fixed all of them on the spot. He did a level 2 cleaning which made it absolutely immaculate.

I have been using Furnace World on a few occasions for AC and heating repairs. On those occasions I've had mostly George to do the repairs and at one point Bob as well. They're both stellar folks who are very professional, reasonable and fair. George came the same day I call and did some work under warranty. Really impressed with the response and expertise this company brought when they fixed my gas fireplace today. I called at the end of the day yesterday and they came out early afternoon today. George was thorough, and helped me understand some basics I could do myself if i had a similar issue in the future. The cost for the repair was much less than i expected. Would highly recommend them to anyone for fireplace repair, they seem to be reasonable on the furnace and AC side as well.

Just yesterday, George Harris came out to my home to inspect my fireplace. He called to say he was running a few minutes early, would it be alright to show up now? George is a professional, with character. He recommended the proper cleaning agent, as he explained that certain chemicals might result in etching of the glass over time. He left my fireplace sparkling.
George is courteous, well-groomed and doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile. I very much appreciated his service and will tuck his card into my address book for future reference.

I used the services of Furnace World in mid-January 2017. They accomplished a Safety Inspection of 2 separate furnaces in my home. I was hoping for a better experience based on the quantity of their positive reviews; unfortunately, my experience wasn't that great. Following are the highlights from my experience:

Recently, our old furnace rolled over and died. While the technician from the utilities company was red-tagging our furnace, my husband asked who he'd recommend. They are not supposed to give referrals but he'd heard Furnace World was very good. I called the next business day and within 3 days, we had our new, efficient Trane furnace installed.

From the first phone call, I was very impressed with Furnace World! Lisa, the owner, took my call and was friendly, professional, and displayed a high sense of customer inclusion.

Jeff Coffy, got ahold of me and was very sorry for my experience. He was actually glad I'd written my Yelp review because there was a technical problem with their website which prevented them from getting service inquiries. He also said that he'd have a chat with their call service about their customer service.

I was able to get an appointment right away. Luke came out and was super cool. We chatted about concerts and whatnot while he serviced my furnace. He was quick, professional, and get this... EARLY!

Made an appointment 3 weeks ago to have someone come out and do diagnostic on my gas fireplace that hasn't worked since I moved in 2 years ago. It was $89 to have a diagnostic done and I was told he would do an estimate based on his findings.

My appointment window was 11-1pm. At 11:05, Luke called me to let me know he was 15 minutes away. Fabulous! Was so worried it would be like waiting for the cable man.
