Had a great experience. Wally came to our house and showed me all the in's and out's with both of my pellet stoves. I hadn't lived there long and Wally didn't sell them to the original owner of my house but he still took the time to show me how to work them and clean them. I would recommend this business to all of my friends and family, Thanks!
