Wow! Beyond thrilled and impressed. A friend recommended them when the others were days away from availability. I’ve used them for a bathroom as well as a leak in our plumbing line to the street. Excellent service! Professional, friendly, and reasonably priced services. Both times they responded and fixed our lines the same day. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were amazing. I had an emergency sewer issue. I'll save you the details... It was bad. Of course the three emergency 24/7 plumbers we had on the fridge had no one available. Then we found Plumb Xpress. They came out that night (Saturday) and worked through the weekend to get us back up and running. My house was built in the 40's and had the original orangeburg lines. They were able to offer a reasonable price. Really amazing. Thank you Donnie, Rick and Wayne. You've made a life long customer.

Had to have my entire house re-piped. Donnie made the process much more tolerable than I expected. We had water every night. He made as few cuts in the walls as possible and when everything was put back together it was almost like it never happened. He is by far the neatest and most meticulous contractor I have ever used. I would highly recommend Plumb Xpress to anyone. He is extremely conscientious, considerate and efficient. His prices are fair and he’s true to his word.

I was so pleased with their service, I came straight back to work and am writing this review! We woke up to a leak in our thermal expansion tank this morning. My husband was too busy at work to meet them and I had just started a new job! We explained this to Adam and he was very willing to work with us, since I could not commit to the normal 2 hour time frame. They were there when they said they would be (actually earlier!) and was able to replace our expansion tank in a very short amount of time...getting me back to work within an hour. Rick with Plumb Xpress is a very knowledgeable and helpful guy. I manage a property where we had an emergency with the lift station one day and he was able to respond to the situation right away (unlike a lot of plumbing companies that can take more than 24 hours to respond). He kept us updated throughout the process of getting the problem fixed and kept his attention on the matter over the course of a few days to make sure everything was repaired fully. I would definitely do business with Plumb Xpress again!

We have been using Plumb Xpress for several years at several of our locations. We've had pipes leak, valves needing replacement, water heaters installed. In all they have been quick to respond and very competent commercial plumbers. I have been very satisfied with their work and their pricing is reasonable.
