Just had my first experience with this company. Even though they had to reschedule my first appointment, I'm still giving 5 stars because it is after all, a busy holiday season during a pandemic. I even gave them a holiday bonus with how professional they were and very thorough answering my questions. Well done, boys! 😎👊🤙

I have set two appointments for a quote through this company and neither have showed. I am home all day every Saturday so it’s not like I just missed them while running errands. I’m frustrated because I held off on getting work done earlier this year because I wanted more than one quote but I guess I’ll be going elsewhere since they don’t even have the courtesy to call and cancel or reschedule after completely missing my appointment both times.
side note: the lady I spoke to to reschedule the first missed appointment was lovely and very apologetic about the situation. If I had a choice

Advance Chimney Sweeps will rip you off. Nobody including the owner Luri Arreola knows what they are doing. Advanced Chimney Sweeps with the owner Luri Arreola, sent us inexperienced employees to do the work. We requested that the owner, Luri Arreola, at the consultation, had to be here when Advanced Chimney Sweeps did the work. Then Luri Arreola didn't show up, said he would be there later and he sent guys who didn't know what they were doing. TJ showed up to sweep and inspect our chimney this morning - very professional and courteous! Answered all my questions and provided visual explanations. Great service and competitive price! I was also able to get on their schedule weeks sooner than a competitor business. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely schedule with them again next year.

Advanced Chimney Sweep rebuilt our chimney from the roofline up and did an excellent job! Luri and TJ were both excellent communicators, answering emails and texts promptly. Luri’s love for masonry work is evidenced by his high quality craftsmanship. His team is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They have a passion for doing quality work, and do a great job of keeping things neat and cleaned up. We highly recommend Advanced Chimney Sweep!!
