Manufactured stone veneer is made by pouring a liquid mixture of Portland cement and iron oxide pigments into realistic looking stone molds. Once formed, each "stone" can be set into mortar in the same way as natural stone. Since stone veneer is mass produced, the cost is slightly lower than natural stone veneer.

My contractor ordered caps for my retaining walls along with blocks. We received blocks within 5 weeks and that is fine. After THREE MONTHS now however, we still don't have the caps. Now, they are saying the manufacturer (Cambridge) doesn't make them and they waited THREE MONTHS to tell me this and only after I asked. Clearly they are not taking customer orders seriously. Also, Cambridge/Armortec should stop their TV commercials I see everyday on my local channel if they do NOT deliver what was ordered. So, there is no way for me to recommend Athenia or Cambridge. Try to find somewhere else, as

This place has so many different masonry options its amazing. I suggest going with inspo pictures because if you go here without, you may leave more confused then when you started. everything is beautiful and they have almost everything on display so you can see it & touch it. Highly recommend for any outdoor stone work. We just ordered 400 sq ft of stone for our house and can't wait to complete it!

Julia was a pleasure to deal with. She responded to my e-mails promptly and professionally, gave quotes for various options and arranged for delivery. Delivery was as scheduled and driver made sure to drop 10 yards of stone very carefully so as to not spread into neighbor's driveway. Great experience!

This place is just amazing. From the minute we walked in Omar was exceptional in helping us pick out something beautiful for our front steps. I am so grateful he was very patient and helpful with us. Also, the delivery man was excellent in making sure he would place the order exactly where we wanted it in the driveway and was super careful. He made driving that thing look easy and fun! I ordered a couple of yards of 3/8" pea gravel. Delivery was right on time and the driver was very friendly. But the product delivered had a lot of gravel much larger than 3/8. It's an uneven, rather coarse mix -- like what you might find in a concrete mix. I e-mailed the owner and sent in a picture. The response I got back was: "I will have to talk to the quarry. This is what I usually stock though. They will say it falls within spec." I inquired again but received no response.
