Communication with Chad was initially smooth and I liked his calm demeanor as well as his can do attitude. We started working together in June 2020. He was helpful in allowing us time to figure out what we wanted and seemed pretty flexible about some of the changes we wanted to make to our remodel design. He even came out to our place a few times to double-check things and discuss options.
However, as many months passed (I was giving him ample time and space because he told me everything was moving slow due to COVID-19) with no signs of real progress his communication became spotty and it seemed

Chad completed extensive remodeling in my home. He renovated 2 bathrooms, replaced tile flooring, updated lighting and redid my stairs.
He had wonderful ideas about the work I needed done and was very accommodating. He was reliable and trustworthy. I absolutely plan to call Chad again for any future work I need done.

Chad is great! He has done 2 full bath remodels and a 1/2 bath. The work takes a bit longer than a large company since he is doing all of the work (demo, drywall, tile, paint, etc) himself, but the personal touch is fantastic and well worth it. He is very honest and accommodating for the subs.
