I've conducted business with Barcelo Homes for 5 years and don't know a better builder. In my opinion they are one of the top builders in the State of Washington. They design great floorplans, always utilize high quality materials and they care about their customers and final product. I have been looking at Barcelo homes for a while, and all I can say is these guys know how to build contemporary homes. It is evident that they have the top notch designers as they always build homes on the latest trends, if not start trends. I have been shown some of the products that they use and they are high quality and environment friendly products. Barcelo has built a few homes on the street that I live on and I have had a great experience with them. They have communicated with me well to make sure that neither I nor my neighbors were inconvenienced by their work. They have been accommodating to my schedule. They cleaned up after themselves daily so not to leave debris. They worked during reasonable hours to reduce noise level and other nuisances. Just recently came across this company. I've been interested in building a custom home with this company after visiting their website and visiting a few of their properties to look at the quality of the work! I can for sure say that I am by far impressed with the modern updated style of their homes and quality of the material that they use. I contacted the developer and was treated with amazing customer service by the employees in their office. Hope to be working with this company in the near by future!

As if things with them couldn't get any worse, they just threatened to poison my dog! This is after they tried to steal 100sq feet of our front yard, destroyed our rock garden, and killed several shrubs and plants in their "regrade" of our driveway, which has suddenly become their driveway.
These people are unethical, unethical people don't build safe houses. Don't support these crooks.

I can't speak to the quality of the homes, but I can speak to the unwillingness of this developer to work with the neighborhood in which they wish to develop. They purchased the property across the street from us over 2 years ago. The house is in ruins, the grounds are completely overgrown which makes the property a wonderful hang out for vagrants. We have been trying to get the property cleaned up for over a year now, so that we can remove the squatters, but have had very little response or cooperation from the builders.
