We have gotten a few lockout calls in regards to a closet, pantry or bathroom door. If the door does not have a key way on either side then you can unlock the door yourself. Sometimes a paper clip can work and sometimes you need a tiny flat head screw driver. If you feel like you cannot get it open then our experienced Overland Park locksmiths will come out and assist you with the door.

LIFE SAVER. This is the second time I have had to have his help. The first time I got locked out. He saved the day. Alex and Randy are awesome. The second time my car got broken into and they ended up taking my house key in the process. Alex literally reprogrammed my life and changed all of my locks. I cannot thank them enough. I am a teacher and they handled all of this so that I did not even have to leave work. They rock!!!

We used Heart of America to re-key two locks and replace one lock on our new home. I first spoke with Randy on the phone and he was patient and answered my questions as a first time homeowner, gave a rough cost estimate and had an appointment set up without any hassle. Alex came out to do the work, was punctual, equally pleasant to interact with, and very professional. The work was of high quality and he made sure to walk me through everything and answer any questions before leaving. Will definitely be calling these guys if we need any lock work in the future!

There are not enough gold stars for Randy and Alex. We had an unfortunate experience with a prior locksmith sham, that nearly butchered our 30+ year-old family doors with a shoddy and incomplete job. We first spoke to Randy who was empathetic and informative about our experience with this type of locksmith operation. Randy is just a super nice guy! He came to fix a lock that broke overnight, and in comparison to other companies, he has hands down the best service available! He was there when he said he would be, up front with the entire cost, didn't waste anyone's time, and saved us a lot with the cost of the lock in general! 100% recommend

Since 2015, I have worked with Heart of America to have door locks re-keyed in three homes, most recently this week. Randy the owner has always been a pleasure to work with, and one of his newer staff members Alex follows in that suit. The HOA folks are prompt with service requests, punctual on appointment days and very helpful in providing and explaining install options.
