Anchor Pools began offering its services in 2014, and started out of a small shed in Hampton Bays, NY. We are now located in a 1,700 sq ft. Owning a pool or spa is supposed to be fun for you, your family and your friends, and our mission at Anchor Pools is to provide the most thorough pool and spa service and maintenance year-round to ensure your experience is fun and worry-free.
We will come on your scheduled day, remove your winter cover and either store it for you or put it where you would like it stored for the summer. We will then power vacuum and brush the entire surface of the pool, get the filtration system started and make sure it is running optimally. Finally, we'll check your pool and/or spa water chemistry and add any necessary chemicals.
Our weekly service is broken up into two visits, the first to make sure the pool is running properly after the weekend (when it likely had the highest bather load). We will empty any debris from all of the baskets, brush the walls and bottom of the pool, brush the tile if necessary, check the equipment for any leaks, backwash the filter if necessary, adjust the water level and finally, test the water chemistry and add any necessary chemicals.
Winterizing the pool / spa properly is a necessity. When the cold starts showing its ugly head, we'll power vacuum your pool, make sure the chemicals are balanced, lower the water level, remove baskets, directional fittings, drain plugs, blow out the plumbing lines, add antifreeze and install the winter plugs, install the winter cover and disassemble the filtration system if necessary.
If we neglected to check on your pool during the winter, we'd be a bad company. A winterized pool still needs to be checked on occasionally. We'll come by once a month on your preferred date during the winter to check the chemicals, inspect the safety cover, drain excess pool water and make sure everything is looking good for the spring.

Trevor and his team are super thorough in maintaining our pool throughout the different elements of the Spring, Summer and Fall season. They work tirelessly in all categories including maintenance, installation, opening/closing and overall general quality of the pool. Furthermore, there is a proactive effort in making sure we fully understand the costs that are associated with having a pool, which is very much appreciated when juggling the efforts that are required with home ownership. Trevor and his team have been reliable, responsive and efficient. Because of our location our pool can be a bit tricky sometimes, but it has never been an issue for them. After years and years of pool maintenance, I couldn’t recommend Anchor more, and have already recommended them to neighbors.

I just finished my third summer with Anchor Pools, and I couldn’t be happier. Trevor and his crew are professional and courteous, always there on time, completely reliable. As I have a near Olympic size pool, I used to have a big name Hamptons pool company do the maintenance and cleaning, but they were very indifferent, arrogant and send bills out of nowhere. Trevor takes the time to explain to me the very complex nature of a top line pool such as mine, and makes sure I understand the different ways problems can be solved. But that he is a hands on pool company owner makes the difference.

Anchor Pools took over after my previous pool maintenance company pulled out of our area. Anchor has been terrific. The pool always sparkled after a cleaning. The team did an excellent job of winterizing the pool taking care to blow out all water from lines and securing returns.
Anchor’s team is friendly and highly responsive.
They are not the least expensive, but their pricing is fair.

We switched to Anchor Pools this season and Trevor and his team have more than exceeded our expectations. They are nice people with a positive, "can-do"attitude. They arrive on time, are thorough, respectful of us, our guests and our home, and are friendly and flexible, should we need to reschedule or have questions about additional pool equipment or products. We could not be happier with Trevor and his company, and highly recommend them.

Anchor Pools has provided top notch service for the past two years. Trevor is knowledgeable and always gives us options which we like. When we bought the house Trevor notes a tear in the liner right away and was able to fix it quickly so we didn’t lose any summer pool time. The pool is always sparkling clean and it’s lovely to get a pool report after each cleaning.
