Disappointing experience. Had to have another crew come back since the first crew did not fulfill the contract as agreed. They only did one coat of paint and did not tell us. The second crew was clearly in a hurry and did not tape off very well. We now have paint on the window shades, shelf brackets, ceiling beams and gouges on the wooden handrail on the stairs from careless work.
They have reached out and made an effort to correct the mistakes. All team members have been very pleasant in trying to meet our needs.

We had to have our garage door painted and we had Granite Mountain do the job! We had such a great experience with this company, from the first call, to the prompt booking, detailed information from start to finish and no hidden fees, all the way down to the employee who painted it! Love this company! Starting with Jeff giving us an estimate, and Sunny answering all my questions, everyone was awesome to work with. We had the exterior of our new house painted by extremely hard workers; CJ, Tom, Steve, and Cody. Everyone was friendly, professional, and engaging. Any concern or question I had was met with complete explanation and reassurance. This was my first experience with professional house painting and I was thoroughly impressed with the degree of care, detail, and extra attention to every aspect of our home. These guys truly take pride in their work and it shows. It's amazing
