Communication with Pinon Painting was marvelous, and documentation was thorough. Determination of colors was documented prior to scheduling work. Maintained phone communication as the crew completed another job so we would know exactly when to expect workers to show up. All crew members were very polite. I was advised who was my point of contact. I received a daily progress report and walk through. Any concerns were quickly addressed. Very professional.

We were very impressed with the workmanship and professional conduct of the company. One of the owners were by the job site every day they had a crew here. They walked the site and made notes of things to be changed or completed. They gave us progress updates in writing daily. We knew what and when things would be painted. Their care of our home was incredible and we felt in very good hands.

I just Hired Pinon to paint my house trim after sustaining serious hail damage in July. The bid was fair using quality product and prepping the surface properly. The crew was fantastic & very considerate of our dogs! Very easy to communicate with. (Bill was hilarious). They showed up everyday, ontime & worked hard. The only reason I took points off is due to their lack of turning off the water valves after using the hose, 3 days straight before I caught it.
I would definitely recommend this company & am very happy with the outcome & the color we chose.

I had my doors and wood columns stained and the fascia painted. I like attention to detail and this company was great! Bill the crew chief was very observant and found some fascia at the top of the roof that had never been painted since the original house build! We also encountered some wood rot and roofing tile deficit that needed to be repaired. Drew suggested a roofing contractor and offered to call them to grease the skids to get the repair accomplished. Very responsive, thorough and professional. We also had another company quote as we typically get two quotes for large expenditures. The first job Pinion did for us was acceptable, but the second was only fair. When we called for an estimate for a third job, our call was not returned. We called again a second time and again reminded the Pinion Rep that we were returning customers. We were assured our call would be returned. Our first and second calls were not returned. Our third call was to Century Painting, who did the job well.

When my wife decided to have the entire interior of our home in Prescott Lakes, I thought "Oh my gosh....that's a big job." And it was; we packed things up as though we were moving out. We selected Pinon Painting from recommendations. They were here and did an amazing job! We found the "GOLD STANDARD" for painting in Prescott!!! Exceptional from start to finish. We live in the Village of Oak Creek. A bit of a ways from Prescott. Jimmy, the owner, was on time to do the walk around. He paid strict attention to exactly we wanted done as far as paint and repairs we were concerned about. All painters from Sedona, much closer to our house, bid higher then Pinon to the tune of $1500+. No drop in the bucket!

We contracted with Pinon Painting to have our entire home painted. The job was performed professionally. The crew leader, Greg, was punctual and efficient. He took the time to summarize what he had done each day and what he was going to do the following day. He answered all our questions. We were impressed with the amount of prep work done prior to the actual painting. I would not hesitate to utilize Pinon Painting in the future.
