At Legacy, home design is client-driven. A deep understanding of your lifestyle, preferences and personality is combined with Steve's design experience and aesthetic vision, to create a home with flow and character, as well as practicality and comfort. Steve believes that a truly custom house will express uniqueness in terms of its layout and creativity.
Steve Lamb, designer/builder and principal, believes that the creation of a home is very personal and doesn't have to be expensive. To this end, he develops a close relationship with each client that ensures a truly custom outcome. The process begins with an initial meeting at which the client's ideas, preferences and budget are given a thorough review.

Many of these custom home designs have been built by Steve Lamb throughout his 45+ years of building. Each design was individually customized to the clients ideas, preferences, and budget along with keeping their lot specifications and view in mind. Steve Lamb starts with drafting by hand but the process finished with computer drafting, possible 3D images, and engineering.

I have known Steve since 1980. I have lived in a home he built. I have sold homes he has built. I never met a builder in all that time who is able to translate what a client wants to accomplish in a more creative and quality manner. When a client asks me to help sell their home, and I find it is a Legacy home, I know I will be offering a quality product. In addition, he is a man of impeccable integrity and honesty.
