The first thing that strikes me about Del at Craftsman Fine Homes is his integrity and honesty. We purchased one of his spec homes and love the floor plan. The fine attention to detail is everywhere you look - the seams on the sheet rocking, for instance, are perfectly straight. And the attention to detail didn't stop with the construction.
I've built 20 custom homes in my lifetime and this has been by far the best experience I've ever had working with a contractor. Del handled the finish work himself and the quality throughout is extraordinary. The bank loves Craftsman Fine Homes - and we received paperwork each month from Del that detailed expenditures.
