We only needed some simple storm windows for our breezeway. Tom showed up on time to give us an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. More importantly he understood what we needed and did not try to upsell us. This was only a small project but he treated us like a big customer. A couple of weeks later Matt came to install the windows. This is an old house but he skillfully corrected for out of square openings. I had purchased storm doors on my own. I had them here and Matt went ahead and installed them while he was here. That was an added charge of course
