We had this company come out to fix our clogged shower drain. We called them at night, and the next morning they were there to fix our issue. Our technician (Brett) was so personable and knowledgeable, he answered any questions I had! They were able to fix our shower no problem. We will be calling them again if we have issues elsewhere no questions asked!

Very pleased with this company. Had a clogged drain which was a very difficult due to alot of buildup, but Brett came and would not give up until the job was done. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The price was more than I anticipated but this was because it was not an easy job. He informed me of this beforehand and he did not pressure me. I felt very comfortable with his skills and experience therefore was happy to pay for a job well done. Would definitely use in the future and would recommend to others.

I can’t say enough great things about Northeast Rooter! Waking up to an overflowing toilet, the panic set in. I called these guys on a recommendation from my normal plumber as the description of my issue led them to believe I had a main septic line blockage. Called Northeast Rooter and they walked me through what was likely the issue and committed to getting Brett out to my house same day. Brett is outstanding! He is such a nice person and was able to unclog the pipe pretty quickly. He stayed to test the line to make sure we were all set. His first job ran long with lots of complicated issues

I highly recommend Northeast Rooter Sewer and Drain. Walt was calm and reassuring on the phone. Brett was on my elderly mother’s property assessing the condition of an ongoing plumbing catastrophe within a 1/2 hour after making the call. He worked tirelessly for hours until he came to the realization that this job was beyond what any plumber could do. He and his father called MDC and stood by until she was reassured that the damage to her sewer and drainage pipes were not her responsibility, but of the town. We want to thank Walt and Brett for their professionalism, excellent customer service

I'd LOVE to give these guys a higher review. Got here fast, super professional and cleared main drain line in about an hour. But wow...$1175? That stings when I'm looking around after the fact and average prices for the same service are around $500 in our area. Not sure if it's a special timeframe or what but obviously I was panicked and figured it had to get done while someone was available. Maybe I'm ignorant and it's justified but do your research before saying yes.

I needed emergency service on a Saturday night. I had a house guest and my shower backed up with sewage while she was visiting. Brett came out after 8pm and was very polite and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and fixed the problem immediately. I will definitely call Northeast Rooter again if I have another issue like this.
