My name is Paul Bissonnette, I am the founder of All Things Sewer And Drain Care. I started cleaning drains about 15 years ago and was trained by the best and most experienced in the industry, with countless hours of study and training in this trade. As the years have gone by I have been passionate about two things, my family and growing a company that is honest, dependable, and dedicated to our customers.
Pressure washing/power washing, as the name implies, is a way of washing concrete surfaces using high-pressure water sprays. I was having an issue with the pipes in my basement late Sunday night and the owner answered on the first ring when several other "24 hour plumbers" in the area failed to do so, or even return my calls. They promptly came out the next morning and took a look at the issue and kept me informed every step of the way, explaining everything that he was doing as he was doing it, which I appreciated as a new and first time homeowner who had never had need of a plumber before.
The only minor issue was that the debris he unclogged with the shop vac (a large amount of rust and other build up) was emptied

Paul is incredibly professional, arrives when he says he will, and very upfront about the work that needs to be done. The first time he came out, he came to my house at 6:00 PM and stayed until midnight to finish a job that turned out to be way more complicated than anyone expected. He kept me in the loop the whole time and never acted like this was an imposition. I never feel that there are hidden costs. He answers any questions and addresses all concerns. I'm very lucky to have found All Things Sewer, and I don't think I would ever use anyone else.

I hired them to powerwash my house and asked them to do my vinyl fence too. My home is 13 years old and was powerwashed once about 4 years ago. They came out and my home and vinyl fence look brand new. They also washed the foundation and bulkhead. I was blinded by the sun looking at one side as the clean vinyl reflected the sun into my eyes. The left side of my house was grimy and mildewy but looks new now. When my son came out he said it’s so clean! Great job guys. Thanks for the hard work.

This is the best contractor I have dealt with in years. He responded quickly and had provided me with a quote on the phone. He milled out a sewer pipe that had been clogging and it was like new.

Paul is the best! Came out to help me the other day with a clogged sewer. When I called him back with another issue a few days later he should up at 8pm on a Saturday night to help us out. Called Paul to discuss the possibility of a clogged foundation footing drain causing years worth of basement flooding problems at my elderly father's house. After talking with him I agreed that it was worth the try at least and since he was available and I was available he showed up at the house a short time later. His equipment is first rate and he quickly discovered a blocked 6" drainage pipe that led from the foundation drain to a catch basin on the property. Paul is the greatest. He really bailed me out in a bind and was very thorough in the work. Very friendly and professional. My utility sink constantly overflowed and went all over the basement floor. He hydro jetted to drain line free to the drain well and made sure everything worked afterwards. He provided instructions and recommendations to maintain the line clear. This is the second time I have used Paul and his business. All I can say is he is a very respectful and honest person. We had drain issues with our gutters that went to a pipe underground. Paul came and found the problem and repaired the issue. Because the experience was so great the first time we had him come back and power wash the house.
