I've been working in the sewer and drain industry since 2002. I have serviced hundreds of homes and business across Connecticut clearing all kinds of clogs. There are alot of companies will come and cable your line and leave with little or no explanation of what caused the problem. Not us we take the next step, we inspect the line to find out where the problem originates from.
All our sewer main cleanings include a free camera inspection of the sewer lines. The purpose of a camera inspection is to determine the condition of the property's sewer line and to determine if the system is functioning as designed. The camera head also has a built in transmitter which puts out a signal that enables us to locate where the problem is and the depth of the line.

If you have a sewer issue, CT Sewer and Drain is fantastic! They are responsive, customer service oriented, reasonable and competent. So nice too and when you’ve got a sewer problem, you need someone who is genuinely caring and nice to you when everything else is going wrong.

Jeff and Janiece are a great team - professional, personable, they helped me to address the problem that I have been dealing with for years - persistent clogs in the sewer pipe due to (as we found out) a belly in the pipe. They did a video inspection, identified the problem, and they recommended sub-contractors who did an awesome job with minimum damage to my yard. Very positive experience and I can recommended CT Sewer and Drain wholeheartedly.

I trusted the many 5 star reviews and I am glad I did! They run a very professional and friendly operation -- Jeff and Janiece are easy to communicate with, listed carefully to my concerns, came as promised, on time and good to go, did a complete and thorough assessment, and thoughtfully explained everything that was going on, as well as the various options I should consider. At the end of the day, we agreed to do a very minimal cost effective fix and wait and see what happens down the road. On the Saturday morning before Father’s Day we experienced a blockage in our septic system, causing water to back up into the basement. Not knowing who else to call, I called a plumber that I have dealt with in the recent past. The plumber recommended CT Sewer and Drain. I fully expected to have to deal with this issue through the weekend, but Jeff called me back very quickly and said that he’d be there about 2 PM. I was absolutely thrilled when he called to tell me that he would be about 15 minutes early. To make a long story short, the issue was taken care of, and everything is working great

Great service! They really helped us out quickly and professionally when our home's drain was blocked. They did rooter and camera work and located a break in the drain, which had be dug up. The excavation was super efficient. Two hours, start to finish. They even went out of their way to save as much as they could of an heirloom lilac bush that was in the way of the dig.

A friendly team showed up in the morning. I immediately knew that I made the right choice to contact them; instead of other corporate plumbing companies. They took care of the clog, showed me what was causing the back up, and even gave me some pointers on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. Their price was extremely reasonable. I trust this company, and will definitely use them again if need.
